Trying to defeating to Cyrix in Hari Raid

This time my first cards were average. They were not bad but they were not great either. I looked at them for few seconds and decided to use reroll. I thought this can get something better. When new cards appeared I got excited. Numbers looked much better. At that moment I felt happy. It is funny how such a small thing can make me smile. After that I pressed attack. Monster standing in front of me was cyrix. This monster looks strong. Every time I see it I feel like I am facing a real challenge. That is what makes game interesting for me.

My attacks started hitting monster. Slowly its power started going down. Not very fast. But enough to make me feel that I was doing something. I kept attacking and watching the battle. After few rounds I checked my progress. Seeing my Level 20 made me feel proud. I remember when I was at lower levels. At that time Level 20 looked very far away. Now I have reached it. It may not sound like a big thing to others but it feels good to me. Then I visited the Daily Tasks section. I saw several completed tasks there. That made me happy. I always enjoy completing tasks because it feels like collecting small victories. One by one they get completed and slowly your progress grows.

I also looked at the leaderboard. My rank is 27 right now. Of course I want a better rank. Every player wants that. But I am not worried. I know progress takes time. When I see other players above me I do not feel bad. Instead I feel motivated. It makes me want to play more and improve. One thing I really like about Hari Raid is that it teaches patience. I cannot rush everything. Sometimes I get weak cards. Sometimes I get strong cards. Sometimes attacks do more damage. Sometimes less. But if you keep playing you keep moving forward.

For me this game is not only about defeating monsters. It is about enjoying the journey. The music. The cards. The attacks. The leaderboard. Everything comes together and creates a fun experience. When I finally closed the game I felt relaxed. My mood was better than before. That is probably the biggest reason why I keep coming back. Hari Raid gives me small moments of fun after a busy day. And sometimes those small moments are enough to make the whole day feel better.
