The Diary Game: A Busy Mom's Day(15-01-2026)

The day was really stressful but you know as a mother and a working class lady this is how my day always be. So I woke up earlier today than other days to prepare my family for the day ahead and also I have this client that booked me for her hair styling the previous day which she Will be coming early, first of we had our usual morning prayer, because it good to kick start the new day with prayers and praying together as families is what keeps the home going and the enemies can't penetrate easily in family that put God first.

After the morning prayer I entered the kitchen to prepare breakfast for my family, bath the children, I couldn't wait for my children to finish eating so I can take them to school, so I pleaded with my husband to help me drop them in school on his way to work, he agreed to help, am happy and lucky to get married to my husband because he understands me well and always help both at home and in my shop.

It seems all the vehicles went on strike today, because I waited for vehicle for a long time before one came and he charged me more than what I do pay, I didn't mind I payed because I was late and that was the only vehicle available at that moment, I was happy that at least I will get to my shop before my client arrived but I was disappointed when I met a heavy traffic on the road.Ah! It was terrible I had to come down from the vehicle and trekked because I was already late and my phone was buzzing with calls from my workers that my client have arrived.

Finally arrived my shop, my client was already sad that I kept her waiting after after we have talked about time, I had to pet her, I even buy her breakfast to calm her down, I told my workers to bring out the extension we will be using for the hair, I loose the previous hair she was carry, wash dry and start making the, I make half of the hair and I was so famish, remember I didn't had my breakfast at home so I go for snacks since I didn't have enough time to eat cooked food, done eating and continue, other clients came I told my workers to plaits them while I continue with this my beautiful client, done with the hair and couldn't make any hair again for the hair so I rest and let my workers do the rest.

Time to go home, I first of go the market buy things for dinner, while on the market I saw one of my client and she was introducing me to her friends telling them how good I am in the business of making hair. I bought everything I needed for my rice got home I met my children playing outside, I went inside change to something comfortable and start preparing dinner. Finishing cooking, immediately my husband came back, freshen up and I serve the food, we eat as big family, help my children with their homework, we talked, pray and everyone went to bed.
