Friends,today I am back with a new post.Today I am back with a recipe post.And my recipe today is our traditional recipe -"Shrimp Malaicurry." Shrimp fish is loved by everyone,young and old.And when Malaicurry recipe is made with this shrimp fish,it is more delicious to eat,so everyone likes to eat this recipe.If you like my recipe today,then it is worthwhile.But first,let's see what ingredients I needed to make the shrimp Malaicurry recipe ---

Recipe Ingredients

Onion3 pieces
Garlic paste1 spoon
Saltas taste
Oilas needed
Chili powder2 spoon
Turmeric powder1 teaspoon
Ginger paste1 spoon
Green chili4/5 piece
Gorom maslaas needed
Coconut paste3 spoon
Coconut milk1 cup

Cooking steps:

Step-1

I first cut and washed the shrimp.Then I seasoned them with a generous amount of salt,turmeric powder and a little chili powder.

Now I lightly fried the shrimps in a pan with enough oil.Once the shrimps were fried,I placed them on a plate.

Then I fried the hot spices in a pan with a generous amount of oil.Then I added the garlic,ginger and coconut paste and.Then I added salt,turmeric,chili powder.

Now it's time to roast all the spices well.Roast the coconut paste along with all the spices very well. Make sure that there is no raw smell of spices or coconut in anything.

When everything was well roasted and oil started to float on top of the spices,I added coconut milk. Then,when the boiled,I added the fried shrimp.After some time,when the broth thickened,I added green chilies.
