Jhal Pitha Recipe with Leftover Rice:
Today I will share with you all a beautiful recipe post.Today's recipe is very special.Because I made today's recipe for a contest.After a long time,today I made my recipe for this contest.I made this recipe with leftover rice from last night and some kitchen ingredients.It looked as tempting as it tasted and was even more delicious to eat.I liked it even more because it was very crunchy.Anyone can make this recipe in a very short time if they try it.I hope you all will like this recipe post that I have shared.
Ingredients

| Rice Flour | 1 cup |
| Onion | 3 piece |
| Green chili | 5/6 piece |
| Chili powder | 1 tablespoon |
| Turmeric powder | Half spoon |
| Oil | 3 spoon |
| Salt | Quite a lot |
Step-1
First, I mashed the rice as finely as I could by hand.
Step-2
Then I mixed the chopped onion, chopped green chili, turmeric, and chili powder into the cooked rice and mixed it well.
Step-3
Now I will mix it with a generous amount of salt and rice powder.
Step-4
Now add a little oil to the pan, spread the entire mixture in the pan, reduce the heat to low, and cover with a lid.
Step-5
When one side of the pitha was light, I fried it in small pieces and took it out. The pitha was incredibly delicious to eat.

To be honest, I saw my grandmother and then my mother never waste any food. Whenever any food was left over, she would use it to make any recipe. I learned the same thing. If I have leftover rice at home, I use it to make vegetable khichuri in the morning. Everyone in my family likes spicy food the most. So I make vegetable khichuri or spicy pitha.
Give at least three tips for food to keep it fresh longer without spoilage.
1.prevent food from going to waste, the first thing we need to do is to get an idea of how much food each person will need. This will prevent extra food from being cooked. There will also be no chance of food going to waste.
2.Then, if there is any leftover food, you can use that food to make different delicious recipes and serve them to the whole family.
3.Thirdly, we can serve the leftover food to the helpless people around us. In this way, the food will not go to waste and will be fed to the hungry people. This will please Allah.
