Yes, I like sweet foods made from milk; everyone likes them, so I often eat them at home or other places. People often have sweets at home; this is a culture of our country. When guests come to the house, sweets are also prepared. Besides, sweets made from milk are very beautiful and tasty compared to other sweets. After eating, it seems to stick in the mouth. Besides, sweets made from milk are in a little more demand.
There are many foods made from milk that everyone likes more or less in our country. These include milk khirsa, payes, rasmalai, sandesh, sweets, chana, etc.

I will make semai today as a recipe with milk. I often make it at home and eat it; it is one of the traditional dishes of our country, so today I will make our country's traditional semai. I hope everyone will like it.
First of all, I am familiar with the ingredients for making semai. Below is a chart of the correct amount of ingredients.
- Semai 100 grams
- Milk 1 liter (liquid)
- Gourd milk 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 70 grams
- Ghee 1 tablespoon
- Pistachio nuts 15 pieces
- Wood nuts 15 pieces
- Raisins 30 pieces
- Cloves 3 pieces
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Cherry fruit 7 pieces
- Saffron 25 pieces
- Cardamom 2 pieces

First, I put a pot on the stove and put 1 liter of packet of liquid milk in it, and I kept it on low temperature and kept it heating.

When it gets a little hot, it starts to boil, then I add saffron and stir well. As it stirs, the smell comes, and the color of the saffron comes a little.

Then I add powdered milk, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom as ingredients and stir them. When I add powdered milk, the color of the milk changes a little and becomes light yellow, and I stir it well.

Then I add sugar in the right amount, I eat a little less sugar, so I added less sugar, along with sugar, I add plain ghee and stir it. In this way, I dry the milk a little with a sieve, and the milk becomes very thick.

Then, when the milk thickens, I keep the milk separately to cool. I cut the semai packet with scissors and take out the semai from inside with a spoon, and keep it separately in a bowl.

After some time, when the milk cools down, the color of the milk becomes slightly yellow. I take milk in another bowl and add semai pieces there by spoonfuls, in this way I add 100 grams of semai completely.

After some time, I add some pistachio nuts, grind them into powder, add raisins and serve on top.

Then I spread the cherry fruit and almond shells and cut the almonds into small pieces. After cutting, I arrange them on the semai.

I did not have to face any problem in making this recipe. I make it at home and eat it often, and feed it to my family. This is a milk dish that is one of the historical dishes of our country. The most important thing for making semai is the mixture of milk and semai. If the milk is less than the semir, it does not taste good. So I gave a lot of milk from the semir, and it was quite milky.
However, I faced a small problem, and that is, when I gave powdered milk, it curdled. I quickly fixed it.

Usually in our country, milk desserts are made in various ways, at home, and at guest houses, as well as it is a historical food of our country, so it is made during the two biggest festivals for Muslims.

- Eid-ul-Adha
On this day, milk-based semai, khirsa, sandesh, chana, etc., are made.
Also, when we want to have a normal day in our house, I want to make this food.
I also like to make this dish on Eid or when guests arrive, and when I gather with friends to chat.
