SLC29-W4 // "Simmer Chicken/ Chicken Curry"
Greetings you dear all friends and steemians. Hope you all are well and doing your work very well. I'm also doing well and happy with the blessings of Allah Almighty. Today I'm here with you with a new post to complete the contest work assigned by Mam @suboohi as "SLC29-W4 Simmer Chicken|| Chicken Curry".
| Ingredients:- |

| Chicken 500g |
| Garlic ginger paste/slices 1tbsp |
| Chopped onions 3-4 |
| Tomatoes 3 |
| Green chilli 3-4 |
| Coriander leaves |
| Red chilli powder 1tsp |
| Coriander powder 1tsp |
| Garam masala 1/2 tsp |
| Salt as per taste |
| Making:- |

| Step 01:- |

First of all take 3-4 medium sized onions and make their thin and small slices. Then wash them thoroughly and put the cooking pan on the flame and add cooking oil as required. Add sliced onions in the hot cooking oil and make them brown by cooking in the oil.

Then next add sliced ginger and garlic and cook them in the pan. Add washed chicken in the pan and cook it completely to remove smell of meat and fo give extra aroma. Cook them completely until meat colour changes to brown.

When meat colour changes to brown then add all spices including red chilli powder coriander Powder and salt. Then cook them completely. After that add add sliced tomatoes and green chillis in the pan. Add little amount of water and cook them completely.

Then next add 3-4 glasses of water in the pan. Add enough water so that meat is completely covered with water. Cover the pan with lid and turn the flame very low. Cook the meat on very flame for almost 35-40 minutes. Remove the lid and garnish with coriander leaves. Recipe is ready to serve.
