| Masoor daal 2/2 kg |
| Ginger garlic paste |
| Salt as per taste |
| Rice 1 kg |
| 1 tbs Turmarric |
| 1 tbs red crushed chillies |
| 6 to Green chillies |
| 1 onion sliced |
| 1 tbs cumin seeds |
| 2 sticks cinnamon |
| 2 to 4 black pepper whole |
| 3 to 4 cloves |
| Water as needed |
Making/procedure
I cooked all kind of lentils but today I share here red lentils called mass or daal in Urdu language.I always purchased fresh and good quality grains.I cleaned it from water properly removed stones or anything from it and soaked it for 1/2 an hour for quick cook.
Add spices in it ,I. Spices red crushed chillies,salt , turmeric and chopped garlic ,I prefers to cooked at low to medium flame .

Covered the pan,s lid and cooked for 30 might in the meantime prepare turka for our yummy daal .
Take a pan add cooking oil after hot add sliced onions,whole red chillies and Cumin seeds.Also chopped green chillies in it .

When it's turned golden add turka in daal it's increased the taste and looks of our masoor daal .
Our masoor is done now moved on cumin/zerera rice for that I cleaned the rice from water and soaked for 15 minutes.

Take a pan add cooking oil in it when oil heated add ginger garlic paste and whole gram masala in it .

Now add soaked rice in pan and add enough water for rice covered it for quick cook.Do not forget to add salt on this stage.
Final presentation
A very healthy and tampting combination of daal chawal ready to eat.... It's one of my family favourite food .
