Yomme Ashoor 10 Muharram...... Gham e Hussain

Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog , today was the big day for all muslims it's 9th Muharram the islamic year actually started from this month ,this day had great Islamic hysterical importance for all muslims.

On 9th of Muharram ul haraam muslims on fast it's not fixed it would happen as you wish try to remember the big sad event of Karbala in our life every year and applying it's philosophy in our daily life.Woke up early around 3:30 am prepared sahoor meal in which paratha s ,tea and fried eggs included woke up my hubby and kids infact the time were short so we did sehry fast and stop eating on time ,the offered fajar prays at home and hubby went on mosque with my elder son from nearest mosque for prayers.

This day was belongs to Karbala event . Karbala city actually situated present-day Iraq well It’s the site of the Battle of Karbala.

Imam Husayn ibn Ali, the grandson of Prophet Muhammad, and a small group of his family and companions stood against the army of Yazid In front , the Umayyad caliph.

For Shia Muslims, Karbala symbolizes resistance against tyranny, standing for justice, and sacrifice. For Sunni Muslims, it’s also remembered as a tragic event and Husayn is honored as a martyr.

My mother in law cooked rice pudding every year on this day and we distributed in friends and neighbours.we broken our fast after magrib Salah , enjoyed yummy food that specially prepared for iftar I cooked pakorayas ,chilled mango drinks ,kheer and Puri .

Well guys the day was ended super busy but lots of spiritual and emotional attitude see you until next time till then take care Allah Hafiz
