How to make aloo parata
First of all, you have to go to the market and buy good potatoes.
Good means that there are two types of potatoes available in the market, one is a little cheaper and the other is more expensive, that is, one is sweet and the other is not sweet.
You have to buy good ones, that is, the ones that are not sweet.
If you do not buy good potatoes, your paratha will not be good.
Let's start
Take 2 kg of potatoes from the market, but first you have to boil the potatoes. When they are well boiled, then you have to let them cool down a little. Then you have to mash them well.
Then you have to add 2.5 teaspoons of salt.
Then you have to add 1.5 teaspoons of red chili powder.

You also have to add 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper.
I have also used every pepper, if you want, you can also add it.
You also have to add clean green coriander.
Spoon chaat masala.
A little dried coriander which smells good.
1 spoon crushed chili powder.
Then you have to add 1 onion chopped into small pieces, which makes the paratha crispy.

Now you have to mix all these things well so that everything is mixed well.
You can make 2-3 other things with this, but today we will make paratha.
Remember one thing, when the potatoes cool down, then you have to add the masala.
Then you have to make a dough ball with normal flour, then you have to roll one into a small roti style. Then you have to keep the potatoes on top of it in a straight manner.
Then you have to keep the second roti that you have made on top of it.
Then you have to put flour on one side of the paratha. You do not put too much dry flour, when it is cooked, the dry flour freezes on the paratha, so you do not put too much dry flour, just put a little.
Otherwise, it is not enjoyable to eat, so try not to put too much dry flour.
Then you have to keep the paratha on a semi-heated stove. When it is cooked a little, then you have to add 2 tablespoons of ghee.
Because paratha is actually made from ghee.
You do not have to add oil at all, if you do add oil then it will not be crispy.
You have to keep stirring it on the stove until it becomes crispy.

So your paratha is ready to eat.
