How to make Crispy potato chips

Hello my My friend I hope you Re all be fine today my topic is about how to make Crispy potato chips at home.

First I took 1 kg of potatoes. These potatoes were medium sized, not too big and not too small. The advantage of medium sized potatoes is that there will be no problem in cutting. 😊

Then first I started peeling the potatoes with a peeler. We have to peel all the potatoes in this way. Then put them in a clean bowl.

Now friends, we have to wash the potatoes. Wash all the potatoes thoroughly with water. Then put them in a cutting machine and cut the potatoes into chips.

If you don't have a cutting machine, you can also cut potatoes with a knife.
You guys have to chop the chips a little finely. Fine means that whatever is in it, even if it is not chopped, it becomes good. And the second thing is that it also becomes a little crispy. If you guys chop the chips finely, You cut it

Now, these chips have a couple of stars inside them and the second thing is that there is a little water in it. You have to keep it in a sieve for two to three minutes, when the water etc. automatically comes out of the chips well and they become clear
Now you guys just have to take half a cup of simple flour.
Then you guys have to add a teaspoon of salt to it.
Add one teaspoon of garlic powder.
One teaspoon of red pepper flakes should be taken and added to it.
One teaspoon up people have to add cumin powder
You guys need to add a little bit of yellow foot color to it.
Then you guys have to mix it well and add a little water. Don't make it too thick or too liquid. Just keep it a little thick because if there is a lump in the potato, it will be watery. That's why you guys have kept this same consistency and I hope you get it done well again.
