A great recipe made with gourd and beef

Friends, how are you? Good morning, I hope you are all well. I am also doing well. Alhamdulillah, I am here today with a great recipe. Today I will make a great recipe with beef and gourd, which is very tasty and very healthy. How did I make it? I am trying to tell you all the methods. The Process of receipe
🟫 Step 01
🥣To prepare today's recipe, I first washed the gourd well, peeled it, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and placed it in a basket.
🥣Then I cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, wash it, and put it in a pan and put it on the stove.
🟫 Step 02
🥣Then I will add all the hot spices to the meat.
🥣In the next step, add the chopped onion, green chilies, and bay leaves.
🥣Then I will add a little salt.
🥣Then I will add turmeric powder.
🥣Then I will add the dried chili powder.
🥣Then I will give the dhuna powder.
🟫 Step 03
🥣Then I will add cumin powder.
🥣Then add ginger and garlic paste.

🥣Then add a little white oil.
🥣Then mix all the spices and beef well and cook with a little water, covered with a lid, for about 45 minutes.
🥣After 45 minutes, when I lift the lid, I will see that my meat is almost cooked. Then I will fry it again for about two minutes.
🥣When the meat is ready, I will add the chopped lau here.

🥣Then mix the gourd and meat well, and fry for two minutes, and then cover with a lid for about 15 minutes.
🥣After 15 minutes, when I lift the lid, I will see that the gourds are well-cooked and my cooking is almost done.

🥣Then, add enough water to test the salt, and add a spoonful of roasted cumin seeds on top and cover again with a lid for five minutes.
🥣After that, the cooking will be complete, and the pan should be removed from the stove.

🥣Then, take the required amount of gourd and meat in a bowl and prepare it for serving.
🥣We can eat this recipe with hot rice in no time.
