How are your friends? I hope everyone is well, and I am well too, Alhamdulillah. Today I have come to you with a recipe. Today I will show you how to make fried brinjal. However, in making this brinjal chop, I have used coriander leaves here. Today I will make brinjal chop with coriander leaves. It looks a little different from the usual eggplant chop when cut, which is incredibly fun to eat. So let's tell you the process of how I made it below.

●brinjals Three
●salt one teaspoon
●half teaspoon cumin powder
●half teaspoon dry chili powder
●one teaspoon chaat masala
●three teaspoon white oil
●a quantity of coriander leaves
●a quantity of turmeric powder
●and one cup of gram flour.
The Process of recipe
🟫 Step 01
🍆First, I cut the eggplants into rounds, washed them well, and placed them in a bowl.

🍆Then, I took three cups of gram flour and placed them in a bowl.

🍆Then I added all the powdered spices here.
🟫 Step 04
🍆Then I'll just add these coriander leaves here, and I'll chop the coriander leaves into small pieces.

🍆Then add the required amount of water and make a medium-sized dough.

🍆Then I will put a clean pan on the stove, and here I will add a sufficient amount of oil and heat it well.

🍆Then, dip the cut eggplants in the gram flour, drop them in the oil, and fry them until both sides are browned, and then remove them.

🍆Then I will take them out on a plate and prepare them for serving.
