Newcomers Curators Team Application For April "Team New Wave Crew"
We sincerely thank you for giving us the golden opportunity to apply as community curators. We are applying for the April month curation program, as we have formed a separate team dedicated to supporting newcomers.Where they will be provided with various facilities to use this platform more easily.
The primary focus of this team is to support and help new users joining the platform to grow. Presenting concise and simple explanations on how to solve any problems they may have and how they can move forward and build their position on this platform.It must also be ensured that the team's activities are not limited only to voting support but also verify the authenticity of new users, provide them with necessary guidelines, and encourage them to build their reputation on the platform.
The team will also check whether any account is abusing the rules, and the team members will work to detect such instances. Different types of theft will serve as sufficient protection to avoid plagiarism and various content created with AI.Following all the rules and thinking about the betterment of the platform, this team is applying for the April curation program to support newcomers. This team will serve as a mentor for newcomers so we are introducing to you Team New Wave Crew.

I’ve worked in many communities and also been verified there. Through my various posts, I have brought out many creative sides of mine, like cooking, drawing, crafting, blogging, video and creative writing. Alhamdulillah, I’ve got a lot of support and encouragement from this platform, which always motivates me, and I have come this far successfully.October December and February were the three best months of my life. During those months, I worked as a curator for new comers and reviewed them from different perspectives. It was the best time I have ever spent and I am eager to have that opportunity again. I have made significant contributions by organizing community competitions, helping newcomers, and guiding them as they explore the platform. My love for animals also inspired me to share valuable insights with users. With my experience as a curator and currently as a member of the curator team for newcomers with booming curator accounts, this was a consideration for me to apply alongside other members to become a curator in February 2026.

This is @drhira, joined Steemit platform on May 2021, its about 4 years have completed successfully. Though interaction with different friends and family I was able to overcome all the challenges which I had faced when I was newcomer.
Since the time I have joined Steemit platform I am working actively without any power down history, hence sharing my daily diary, participation in contests and also in challenges its awesome experience; I am in love when I interact and engaged with my friends posts. I joined the platform on 4 June 2021. Steemit has become my lifestyle, I have been growing in the platform occupying various roles, which has made me know more in depth the functioning of the platform, this is very important to go from the bottom growing, and going through all levels. I have had the great opportunity to be a community curator on four occasions ( March, May, June 2024 and Abril ,October, December 2025). And I have been on the team of Newcomer . I have also been a teacher on the platform for the biscuit course. I am currently on the Newcomer team in March. It has been a great experience to have the opportunity to take on different roles on the platform.I have never made a power down of my account. I recently obtained my ninth dolphin as a result of staying active and growing my account with power-ups. I want to share my experience with users interested in the platform. I balance the passion of blogging with my responsibilities at home as a mother, wife, in my work as a professional, and personally in my passions such as sports and gastronomy. Why we can be a good Newcomer curation team ( How will we deal with the curator program points?) |

Our first goal will be to provide all kinds of guidance so that the newcomers can continue their work here very nicely and efficiently and without any difficulty.Our team members have previously applied these methods in building their own communities, making them fully experienced in providing the correct guidelines to newcomers and we are very alert to fake and duplicate accounts created just to get rewards.
We will not limit our task only to voting for newcomersWe will check the quality of any user's post as soon as they vote for it here and identify all their mistakes and provide guidance so that they can post more accurately and neatly in the future. We will also encourage them to engage in healthy blogging and build their reputation by interacting with the community.
Our team member have previous experience in serving in newcomer communities Using a variety of modern tools, all aspects of their posts will be considered and specific solutions to their problems will be provided by identifying problematic posts.This expertise will be healpful in leading this team.
All our team members are skilled in using various tools and detecting abuse and they are experienced in checking for plagiarism, Copyright and AI content.However, we will always try to provide all kinds of help to new users so that they do not do such things next time.
So consider us as a Newcomer focused team in April and we ensure that we carry out our important duties properly.
