Newcomers Curators Team Application For February "Team Newbies of starshape"

We sincerely thank you steemit team for giving us the golden opportunity to apply as Newcomers community curators. We are applying for the February Newcomers curation program, as we have formed a team dedicated to supporting newcomers.

The primary focus of this team members is to support and help new users joining the platform to grow. It must also be ensured that the team's activities are not limited only to voting support but also verify the authenticity of new users, Encourage them for all their good deeds and give them tips to avoid their bad deeds.provide them with necessary guidelines, and encourage them to build their reputation on the platform.

The team will also check whether any account is abusing the rules, and the team members will work to detect such instances. Following all the rules and thinking about the betterment of the platform, Above all, you will always be able to help you gain knowledge about all the facilities and various rules and regulations.this team is applying for the Februar curation program to support newcomers. This team will serve as a mentor for newcomers so we are introducing to you Facilitators for newbies.

My name is Esther Edem Archibong, know as @dequeen. I joined steemit May 2021 and since then I've been actively posting till now. I came to like the creativity, skills learned, and other activities on the blog and choose to remain active.

I'm from Nigeria, the giant of Africa, I was born and raised in my country, and out of the many languages in my country, I understand and speak English, Ibibio and Nigerian pidgin.I like reading post from all areas in the platform, ranging from crypto,health, foods, lifestyle art and craft, creative writing etc.

I have invite different newbie to the platform and trained them on how to write creative content.I am passionate about them their growth in the ecosystem. Currently, I am moderator in Steem-fashion and style and steem kitchen. This helps me to have maximum interaction with user.

This October and December was the most happiest months because I was given opportunity to curate, explore different newcomer post and advise them when need be.

It was my first and second excellent service,as such I will be appreciated, if February is granted as well.

I’ve worked in many communities and also been verified there. Through my various posts, I have brought out many creative sides of mine, like cooking, drawing, crafting, blogging, and creative writing. Alhamdulillah, I’ve got a lot of support and encouragement from this platform, which always motivates me, and I have come this far successfully.October and December were the two best months of my life.
