Newcomers Curators Team Application For June "Team New Sparks"
The primary focus of this team is to support and help new users joining the platform to grow. Presenting concise and simple explanations on how to solve any problems they may have and how they can move forward and build their position on this platform.It must also be ensured that the team's activities are not limited only to voting support but also verify the authenticity of new users, Any new user definitely needs some skilled and hardworking guidelines to move forward where we are always ready to take proper steps to guide.provide them with necessary guidelines, and encourage them to build their reputation on the platform.
The team will also check whether any account is abusing the rules, and the team members will work to detect such instances. Different types of theft will serve as sufficient protection to avoid plagiarism and various content created with AI.Following all the rules and thinking about the betterment of the platform, this team is applying for the June curation program to support newcomers. This team will serve as a mentor for newcomers so we are introducing to you Team New Sparks.

This is @drhira, joined Steemit platform on May 2021, its about 5 years have completed successfully. Though interaction with different friends and family I was able to overcome all the challenges which I had faced when I was a newcomer.
Since the time I have joined Steemit platform I am working actively without any power down history, hence sharing my daily diary, participation in contests and also in challenges its awesome experience; I am in love when I interact and engaged with my friends posts. Why we can be a good Newcomer curation team ( How will we deal with the curator program points?) |

Our first goal will be to provide all kinds of guidance so that the newcomers can continue their work here very nicely and efficiently and without any difficulty.Our team members have previously applied these methods in building their own communities, making them fully experienced in providing the correct guidelines to newcomers and we are very alert to fake and duplicate accounts created just to get rewards.They will be given a warning message to express their interest in creating their own content and not to express their interest in publishing content using AI tools in this era.
We will not limit our task only to voting for newcomersWe will check the quality of any user's post as soon as they vote for it here and identify all their mistakes and provide guidance so that they can post more accurately and neatly in the future. We will also encourage them to engage in healthy blogging and build their reputation by interacting with the community.Currently, the plagiarism base has increased a lot, which is causing imbalance in the platform environment, and our team will always monitor it to ensure that new people can come out and post quality content.
Our team member have previous experience in serving in newcomer communities Using a variety of modern tools, all aspects of their posts will be considered and specific solutions to their problems will be provided by identifying problematic posts.This expertise will be healpful in leading this team.Of course, our team will definitely try to provide solutions after identifying various issues.
All our team members are skilled in using various tools and detecting abuse and they are experienced in checking for plagiarism, Copyright and AI content.However, we will always try to provide all kinds of help to new users so that they do not do such things next time.
