Friends, how are you all? I hope you are all doing well, and I am also doing well. Alhamdulillah, today I have come to you with a great recipe. I would like to thank everyone for organizing the contest today. I also liked today's recipe very much. Let's see how I prepared my complete recipe.

What type of bread do you like, sweet or savoury? Do you have any memories of stuffed bread? Have you made it before?

I like to eat different types of bread, and the filled breads are the most preferred, but I like to eat the salty type of bread filled with pur. I have no personal choice for eating this bread because I have never made such a recipe myself, but of course, I have tried such recipes in restaurants outside, and here I enjoy it a lot more when it is hot. These soft breads are much more fun to eat when the top of the bread is finished, and the inside is inserted. It is really much more fun to eat, and this memory has awakened in me the desire to eat these foods again and again, which I try to eat again and again when I go out.

Make stuffed bread( sweet/savoury) using the recipe given in the contest or one that you like, with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images.

The Process of recipe


🟫 Step 01

🍞To prepare today's bread, first, I will take a spoonful of sugar into a bowl.
🍞Then I'll bring here a spoonful of yeast that I made at home.
🍞Then I will give you a cup of lukewarm milk.

🍞Then mix everything well and make sure the sugar dissolves well.
🍞Then I will keep it in the lid for 20 minutes.
🍞Then I cut the chicken into small pieces and wash them in a bowl.

🍞Then I will give all the powdered spices here.
🍞Then I will give three spoons of sour yogurt.
🍞Then I'll mix everything with the chicken and marinate it for half an hour.

🟫 Step 04

🍞Then I'll put a clean frying pan on the stove and add the chopped onion.
🍞Once the onion is a little hot, I'll add the white oil here.
🍞Once the onion is slightly fried, I will add some chopped tomato here.
🍞Then cook, stirring for about two minutes.
🍞When the tomatoes are cooked, I will give the netted chicken.
🍞Then cook the chicken with a little water until it is well-cooked, and then when the chicken is cooked, add the tomato sauce.

🍞Then you can see that the food for my bread has been prepared.
🍞After 20 minutes, lift the lid. My yeast has become active, and I will add the flour here.
🍞Then I'll add a spoonful of oil here.

🟫 Step 06

🍞Then I will add half a teaspoon of salt here.
🍞Then I'll break an egg here.
🍞Then you have to knead everything well, but I will knead it a little longer and then cover it with a lid for 20 minutes.
🍞After 20 minutes, my dough will have doubled in size, and then I will knock out the air and knead it well again for two to three minutes.
🍞I took some parts out of it and made it the size of a round.
🍞Then I'll add a spoonful of chicken filling here.

🍞Then wrap it well from all sides and make it into a round ball, as you can see.
🍞Then I will make a long piece with the remaining dough.
🍞Then I'll give you the chicken fillings here too.
🍞Then I will wrap the stuffed part of the chicken tightly and cut the other side into thin slices with a knife.
🍞Then, I will place the thinly sliced ​​pieces one by one on top of the full part.

🟫 Step 08

🍞Then you can see that the designer bread is ready.
🍞Then I will cover my meatloaf again for 20 minutes.
🍞Then, after 20 minutes, I'll lift the lid, and here I'll crack an egg.
🍞Next, I will need the egg yolk. I will spread the egg yolk on top of the two breads.
🍞Then I'll spread white til on top.
🍞Then I will place a steel plate on top of a pan, and I will brush oil on it.

🍞Then I'll put the two meatballs in here and cover the pan with a lid and wait for 20 minutes, but keep it medium.
🍞In 20 minutes, my meatloaf will be ready with a delicious aroma.
🍞Then it should be taken out on a hot plate and prepared for serving.
