The Diary Game: At Work And Surprising All My Staffs With Cash Gift For Christmas Celebration ||23-12-2025||

Today is the last day my staffs and myself will be going to work for this week. I had to do something I haven't been doing before, when I got to my shop, I just wanted to surprise them, so I gathered up cash as gift prizes to the staffs I will be meeting in their respective shops as at when I go there, but first, I needed to attend to customers.

There was no customer when I wanted to leave so I kept quiet and didn't tell them I was coming around, I knew they were with cash so they won't even suspect I would come by that time of the day. When I went to the first kiosk, Idongesit who has always been my most consistent and punctual staff was still attending to customers, I was so proud of her so I handed over the cash prize to her. She was so happy, I knew she never expected it, at first she was thinking I was paying them salary, not untill I told her what the money was for.

I left Idongesit shop and went to Felicia's shop, another of my staff operating in another location. She was at her workplace still attending to customers, I couldn't be so proud of them today, like these ladies are doing quite too much and this little tokens was just to make things easier for them this Christmas. I gave them the cash and then I went back to the kiosk.

They all sent appreciative messages and I really felt it, like something in me told me that I have made someone's Christmas and I am so grateful God has made me an instrument to their happiness.

In the evening after work, I took my POS machine and went back to the house. When I got back home, the first thing I did was to prepare beans and eat because I was very hungry. I couldn't eat much in the morning because of how I was rushing out to go to work. I ate beans and sipped garri and that was what I ate for dinner.

When I finished eating, I had to quickly bath so that I can come and make account of everything that was with me. I took my POS and the cash I had and began to cross-check if what I had tallied and then everything was okay after I finished balancing the account and that was how I went straight to my bed so that I can share this diary.

Christmas day is coming in a bit dear friends, let's take out this season and show love because that's what Christ came to do on earth. I so hope this season will ignite our passion towards humanity. Have a blissful week and Merry Christmas in advance.
