My 30-Days Journey Of Waking Up Early

For some years, I struggled to wake up very early before 7:30 AM, last month, I decided to challenged myself to become an early riser, by doing this and what I learned doing it
On the first Week : the Struggle, I set my alarm for 5:30 AM but it kept snoozing until 7 AM, my body resisted! To fix this,I Placed my alarm far from my bed so I had to stand up.
I even decided to drink water before sleeping which will make me feel awake faster, also by sleeping early 15 minutes earlier each night.

On the following week which was the second week i started seeing small winning, by day 10, I woke up at 6 AM without grogginess, I used the extra time to stretch for 5 minutes, write a to-do list, also eating my breakfast slowly no rushing like other days I use to wake up lately.

At the week 3 one night, I stayed up late watching a very interesting movie which made me slept late, the next morning, I almost quit but I pushed through, I learned that one bad day doesn’t ruin the progress of every successful human being.
I decided to rewards my self, which really help, I treated myself with a fresh juice

On week 4 which was the Victory week !!!!!
Me now, waking up early feels very natural, my energy and focus really improved with some of this tips that helped:-
Consistency with Perfection: Even 4/7 days is progress.
Track habits: I used a free app to log my streaks.
Share goals: Telling friends about the attitude kept me accountable.

My Final Thoughts;
Building this habit taught me patience, change takes time, but small steps add up, next, I’ll try meditating every morning
