The Diary Game: My Health and Self-Care Day (20/01/2026)

Hello everyone! I’m delighted to be here and would like to share a quick overview of my day. It was quite eventful, filled with health-related tasks, self-care, and restful moments, and I’m thankful for how it all unfolded.

My day began with a trip to the lab. I had noticed some changes in my body and felt it necessary to investigate further, so I opted for some medical tests. Unfortunately, I arrived later than planned and ended up waiting longer than I had hoped. Although the process took quite a while, I reminded myself that caring for my health was worth every minute. After the tests, I received the diagnosis of malaria. While it wasn’t the news I wanted to hear, I was relieved to finally understand the source of my discomfort. The health professionals were quick to assist me, providing medication to manage my condition. I felt reassured that I had made the right choice in seeking help early on.

Later in the afternoon, I visited the salon to get my Jerry curl hairstyle done, something I had been eagerly anticipating to treat myself after the stressful morning. The appointment took longer than I expected, extending into the evening. As I sat there, hunger began to set in, so I snacked to keep my energy up. Once the stylist finished, the outcome was absolutely stunning. My hair looked gorgeous, and I felt revitalized and more confident.

Finally, I returned home in the evening, refreshed myself, enjoyed dinner, and headed straight to bed, feeling grateful for a day that concluded on a peaceful and positive note.
