This time I'm going to tell you about a special lunch dish from my area: boh trung coco, a super delicious dish originally made by my wife.
Just by looking at it, it's already very tempting. It's understandable, my wife is a very talented cook. The ingredients include eggplant, shrimp, and other complementary spices. The result was mouth-watering. I ate so much that I finished two plates of rice, my wife's cooking was so delicious today. Tomorrow I'll ask her to cook me another delicious dish like this.
