Processing Chicken Meat
I'm currently preparing the chicken for frying. First, I clean the chicken. Now it's clean and free of any dirt or feathers.
I washed the chicken with cold water to remove any remaining dirt.
Removing Unwanted Parts. If there are any parts you don't want to use, such as the skin or excess fat, you can remove them.
Once the chicken is ready, I can cook it in various ways, such as frying, boiling, grilling, or stir-frying, according to my desired recipe. But this time, I'll fry the chicken with simple seasonings like salt and lime, which give it a delicious flavor and fresh aroma. The lime also helps remove the fishy smell from the chicken.
Then, preparing the eggplant, of course, the first step is cleaning it. I do this while waiting for the fried chicken to cook. Eggplant can be cooked in various ways, such as frying, stir-frying, or grilling.
Purple eggplant is known for its sweeter flavor and softer texture. It's a perfect pairing with fried chicken! The combination of fried chicken and purple eggplant will definitely make the dish more delicious and appetizing.
I will add spices and sauce to the purple eggplant. Well cooked purple eggplant will definitely add to the deliciousness of the dish I will make.
