I've always loved doing innovative work. There's a unique joy when we form thing with our hands. Today I'm participating a small and engaging craft( Clay Art) with you all. In this craft I've formed a cute and comedic drawing character using an ordinary plastic fork.

This is a veritably easy DIY activity that indeed kiddies can fluently do. similar activities not only improve creativity but also give us an occasion to learn new things.

Equipment used

I used a few simple things to make this craft.
Plastic fork
colored clay
Small plastic knife
Small decorative beads for decoration
All these things are easily available.

How to make

Step 1

First I took a plain white plastic fork. This will form the basic shape of our cartoon character.

Step 2

I then drew a curved line on the head with red clay that looks like eyebrows.

Step 3

Then I used two small round beads and fused them to the top of the fork to form the eyes.

Step 4

Next I made a smiley face out of blue clay. This made the face of the character look quite comical and interesting.

Step 5

Then I made hands on both sides with red clay. Made one hand look like it was waving.

Step 6

Finally I made the shoe shape on the bottom with yellow clay to make the character look complete.

Making this craft was a very fun experience for me. It was really engaging to twist a simple fork into a comic character. Through this activity we learn that with a low-lying ingenious thinking we can form ordinary goods special.
Such activities refine children's imaginativeness, homemade dexterity and innovational thinking. I'll try to form further crafts like this in future.
