The Diary Game: Carrying Out Elder Brother's Duties (08-01-2026)

I went to the gym very early in the morning and I tour a whole lot of muscles while working out.I could barely raise my hand and my whole body was aching. It happens when you stay back from gym for longtime. From the gym, I went to the market to grab some food stuffs.

When I got home, I had porridge plantain for my breakfast. I initially wanted something proteinous but I couldn't get one, so I had to do with the porridge. I had a tech task I needed to complete and upload to my portfolio, so I started working immediately. Time goes by very fast when am working and this time wasn't an exception.After sitting for hours, I had to stop working because I was tried and I hate over working myself. I didn't upload the task but I was done with most part of the work.

Breakfast

My little sister changed school this term and I was supposed to pick her up from school. I wasn't really conversant with the location of the school, so it took me a little while to find the exact location of the school. I arrived quite early to pick her up. I used this opportunity to meet with her class teacher as well as her subject teacher. We also took a little tour around the school. She wore mufti because her school uniform wasn't ready. The tailoring department had promised to fix that before the end of the week. I was really satisfied with the academically standards of the school. After visiting different place in the school, we headed home.

After dropping my sister off at my parents' place, I remember that I had cut my hair today. My baber was not in town for sometimes now and my hair has begin very messy. I had to get the dye and conditioner that was to be used on my hair . I have a policy of not sharing clipper so, I went home and got mine. I really like my baber because he is good at what he does and I patronize him all the time because of that.

I found a suya stand and I bought some suya because I had being craving for something proteinous since morning. Luckily for me, while still there, I run into an old friend. We had lost contact a very long time ago. I gave him my number and he said he will give me a call . He would have waited a little longer but he had to catch-up with something. He offered to handle my bills and I didn't insist.

I got a call from my landlady who called and ask me if I was home. Fortunately, I was on my way home as at that time. She asked me to help her pack the coconut shaft she sun dried outside because it was getting late and she wasn't sure she would come home tonight. I hurried home and did as she said. With no further ado, I retired for the day.
