TDCP Patriata Chairlift and Cable Car Murree

Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Today I am going to participate in the fifth week of this challenge, in which I will explain a leisure facility. That leisure facility is found in the Gulehrra, Gali Bazar, Patriata, Pakistan area of Murree, which we know as the Patriata Chair Lift.

About 15 to 20 minutes from Murree, you will see this leisure facility, which has entrances on both sides. The most popular thing here is the chairlift, and the entrance to the chairlift will be visible to you on one side, where you will also see the car park. Right next to the car park is their main gate, from where you can enter and go towards the chairlift.

As soon as we enter through its main gate and head forward, the boards on the side tell us which side we have to go to on the chairlift. To go on the chairlift, we first have to buy a ticket for the chairlift. There is a ticket office in front of them, next to the stairs, from where we have to buy a ticket for the chairlift.

They have two types of tickets, one is simple, and the other is business class. Simple is priced at Rs 1,500, and business class is priced at Rs 3,000. If you want to wait in line for your ticket, then don't buy a Rs 3,000 ticket, but buy a Rs 1,500 ticket. If you want to go directly, then you have to buy an executive ticket worth Rs 3,000, which puts you directly on the chairlift without any wait.

As soon as we buy the ticket from here, we have to get in line. If we have a normal ticket or an executive ticket, we are taken directly to the chairlift through a small road. So, we have direct access to the airlift after buying the executive ticket. So, we reached the lift through this small road and waited there for our turn because as soon as the chairlift arrives, we sit on it as soon as it starts moving, and it takes us to the top.

The total journey of this chairlift is 7500 feet, so you get off one chairlift after covering a distance of about 3000 to 3500 feet and sit on the other chairlift because it takes you to a higher altitude. There are also clouds on the way, and you have to pass through the clouds; that is why it is closed. It is called a closed chairlift, ft, and by sitting in it, we are safely taken further up.

People come here to enjoy the weather, and the most popular activity here is the chairlift, so people enjoy it and reach the Patriata Top. When we go up, from there we look down, on one side we see people trampled, on the other side we see clouds on the mountains, and on the third side we see the sun because where there are clouds, there is shade. Apart from this, we often see the sun, which presents pleasant weather.

When we reach Patriata Top, we see different types of tik shops where we can buy snacks, etc., and there is also a restaurant there. You can sit at this restaurant and enjoy your food. There is also a music system there. You can also enjoy music. This is a famous restaurant in Patriata and there is a music system here.

We weren't very hungry, so we bought some snacks sitting here. There is a tuk-tuk shop right next to it. We bought some pakoras and a cold drink from that tuc shop and sat there and enjoyed it with the music.

More things have been made for children at Patriata Top where they can enjoy. There are electric cars for children, and there is a ticket house next to it. From the ticket house, you can buy a ticket for this electric car and sit on top of this car. When electricity is supplied from the back, this car starts moving. If we turn it to the right, it will go forward. If we turn it to the left, it will go backward. In this way, we can make this car a source of entertainment for children.

Another fun thing to do at Patriata Top is horse riding. People here ride horses to the top, where we also rode, which is about 1,000 feet. They don't have any fixed rates here. You can fix the rate with them at your own expense by bargaining. Since there were five of us, we fixed our rate with all five of us, which cost us around Rs. 400 per ride.

Small shops have also been set up here for buying and selling. In these shops, you will get to see all the items that are very popular in the mountainous areas.

The lifestyle of the hill people is differen;, their clothes are different, and all their things are very different from the plains, so you will find all the things according to their fashion here, which if we bring them to the plains, they have gained a lot of popularity here, so you can get all their handmade things here at cheap prices.

All the information given above was from Patriata Top. Now, if we talk about Patriata Lore, a restaurant has been built here too, a tuck shop has been built, and swings have been built, which are for the children's environment.

For the convenience of the public, tables have been set up at various places. People who get tired after traveling a lot can sit there and rest, refresh themselves, and then continue their journey. Because there are many people who also have a hiking shop, they climb mountains, so these points have been set up for them.

Washrooms have been built at various places in Patra Atta Top. This facility is very important because families come here. If children come with families, they do not have much patience, so washrooms have been built at various places for them, and they are clean.

Most people come here in their cars, and there is a spacious parking lot for cars, which costs 50 rupees for a car ticket. In such places, you will see very few motorcycles because this is a mountainous area. Only cars work on top of the mountains. Cars have more weight and have the power to carry more weight, so people come in cars. Here too, you will see only cars that take you up the mountains.

My favorite thing here has been that I have enjoyed the weather a lot. We had to travel a little, so we had the opportunity to enjoy a new season. If you are standing in the sun now, after a few seconds or a few minutes, there will be a shadow over you because the clouds keep coming and going. There are light breezes, and more cool winds blow. So people come here to enjoy this thing because it is far from the cities.

This place is located in the mountains, away from the cities, where they enjoy a pleasant environment. I highly recommend this place to everyone because once you stay here, you won't want to go back.
