Video Tutorial on How to Prepare MTN Rice with Fried Unripe Plantain and Chocolate Tea

Wagwan guys, it's your favourite male chef @bossj23 and today I'll be showing you guys the video tutorial on the recipe I made some days ago. It's the MTN Rice $ Fried Plantain with chocolate tea. Some people don't really understand pictures other than videos especially when it comes to food as they want to see it live and direct and not just with written words. So I'll take you on this tutorial from scratch. The video got you covered. Remember our love essential ingredients.

• 3 Cups of Rice
• 3 Cubes of Maggi
• Two handfuls of crayfish
• 1 onion bulb
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• 2 Spoonfuls of Red oil
• 6 pepper

As you're watching the video, note the following precautions taken when preparing this meal because it's not everything that's said in the video due to the length.

• Make sure you wash your rice before placing it on fire and depending on the cups you want to prepare, make sure you contain water that's an inch higher than the rice level, then allow it to boil for 15 minutes or less depending on how fast your heat flows. Just monitor the boiling process. Once you notice the white bubbling and you taste and notice it's a bit soft, then you bring down the rice and filter the water out. Then you wash it and retain the rice in the filter.

• For the re-cooking, you'll need to dry the empty rice pot on heat and then contain 2 jugs of water inside the pot and add all your ingredients into the water. The red oil should be the last thing you should add and then contain your rice. Ensure the water levels with the rice. If the water is above the rice, the rice would be like paste and won't be good for eating.

• Ensure you check the rice so it doesn't get burnt after containing everything in the pot and waiting for it to dry up.
