The leaderboard is out for week 2 and the 1-3 toppers are captured. People overtook others significantly and claimed their position. This made me believe the statement that the first will become last. Those who were among the 1-10 went down and those below 1-10 came up. This is a motivation to people that are not competing. Let them see their stats and their competitors so they can compete and top the charts. Note: The week has ended. Focus on week 3 and 4.

I also wanted to say that I do participate in challenges, but I have noticed one thing: the seniors who organize challenges often select their own fellow seniors by giving them good marks. It is true that everyone works hard, but the neatness, efforts and quality of my post are also very good. Still, I feel sad that I have not received any response so far. You are a senior, and you can raise this point.

I don't know the marking scheme of the host that's why I try my best to be the best since it's a challenge. If you check some of my posts, I'm very creative and my creativity tend to stand out, that's why I always have this confidence that I'll be among the top.
Even though other people top me in score, I won't get angry. I'll try to be better than that person or people who won.
Just keep trying to be better since it's a challenge and do things differently from others.

I agree with your point, and I understand that consistency and creativity are very important in challenges. Still, sometimes it does feel like seniors get more attention, which can be a little discouraging for newcomers. However, your explanation makes sense and gives me motivation to keep improving instead of giving up. Of course I would really appreciate your help. Why not I would like to learn from your experience and get your secret tips. So I can improve my content I perform better in future challenges.
