Greetings my dear friends. How are you today? I believe you are all fine as I am. I am so happy to participate in this weeks contest titled "Let's do it...Do It Yourself👉Craft, Creativity, Drawing, origami, DIY, Recycling and more". This week, I shall be drawing the portrait of an aged mother (Grandmother) which I believe every member of this community will like it. All thanks to @mesola for organising this contest.

Becoming and aged parent like the grant ma in this picture is an age that every one will wish to attain. I pray that GoGod will grant our heart desires Amen. Below is my step by step drawing.

Materials for the drawing

• Plain embossed paper
• HB pencil
• 2B pencil
• 6B oencil
• 10B pencil
• Eraser
• Blade
• Cotton wool

Step 1
I began by first writting my username and date on the paper. After that, I drew the two eyes of the adged mother. I also drew the nose and the mouth.

Step 2
I shaded the black eyelid of the two eyes and then shaded the area arround the two eyes. I also shaded the mouth, the tongue, the gums of the mouth and the upper jaw. Lastly at this step, I shaded the nose and showed the wrinckles on the nose.

Step 3
I drew the edge of her scatf and also shaded the hair not covered by the scarf. Finally, I drew the wrinckles on the forehead and also shaded the lower jaw.

Step 4
Here, I completed drawing and shading the scarf on her head and I also completed the the shading of her face. Lastly, I drew her earring.

Step 5
I drew her neck and the necklace she wore. I drew her shoulderI then shaded the neck .

Step 6
Here, I shaded her shirt and the necklace she wore.
