THE SECRET BEHIND SUCCESS AND FAILURE

‎Have you ever wondered and asked yourself this rhetorical question: why do some people fall and never rise again while some fall then rise up with speed unimaginably? Why do some persons make excuses for failure while some take every opportunity as a pathway to success? Why do two different persons from the same environment attend the same school, and yet one becomes a model and the other the definition of what failure is?

‎The reality of this question is hidden under the two words "SUCCESS" and "FAILURE."

‎Many people seem to believe that success is luck or a gift predestined for some persons, while others think failure is a result of family patterns or maybe just a curse that follows a particular set of persons, but this is far from the reality. ‎People actually succeed and fail based on their yielding to the secrets behind success and failure. ‎Let's analyze this with an example.

‎One engages in clubbing, misses classes, pays less attention to updating notes, and plays an apathetic part in studying for tests or exams and sometimes even misses exams. ‎His brain is so filled with noise that sensitivity to inner promptings to positive paths becomes a problem. ‎On the other hand, the other students find consistency in studying, attending classes, and sitting for exams.

‎Well, this difference in these two is always clear, and this is what success and failure are.
‎Of course the world we are in is a world of choices, and our early decision(s) always have an effect on our results.

Success arises from the little positive voice from the mind pointing to discipline and determination. Every success has discipline as one of the roots that never dies.

‎Discipline keeps a man stable, while determination says to him, "Keep trying, even when the situations look difficult."

‎Disciplined people are awake when others are asleep; they run when others walk and fight to overcome obstacles when others stumble, procrastinate, and fall asleep. Success is also determined by relationships. Discipline of isolation is not a good pathway to success, but then every relationship doesn't also lead to success.

‎The question is what relationship then leads to success? The answer is just right here before us: good company with common interests and a positive mindset.

‎ A wise man once said, "Show me your friend and I will tell you who you are. "‎This saying was a result of reality". But then, why a relationship in success?? It's very clear that a tree cannot make a forest; instead, trees do. The pathway to success is like a nuclear family, where only one person cannot form it: a wife is needed and a child also to make up such a family. Likewise, success needs intentional partners who have a vision.

Now failure, on the other hand, begins from a little act of laziness to procrastination to loss of determination and discipline and then lands in loss of visions and dreams.‎ Many people failed not because they didn't have dreams, but dreams are not always enough. So they dream big but are never ready to work towards that. ‎This arises most times because of bad companies, wrong mentorship, mismanagement of time, and just maybe little foxes.

‎‎Conclusively, failure is not any man's destiny, but it happens when the vision for the life of a man is terminated. ‎I will always say the greatest way to kill a man is to terminate his vision; life and all are gone. A man with vision is as good as dead because every successful man starts from having visions of what the future looks like. And this vision usually brings in thoughtful questions that can provoke essence in life:

• *How is success attained, and why must it be pursued?

• At what point should one begin moving toward success?

‎Success is meant for everyone, but only those that understand and follow its secrets can achieve it. ‎It is not luck or a gift: it's a product of efforts, determination, discipline, hard work, consistency, right attitudes, good relationships, and more. ‎Everyone can be successful.

‎
