Today, I am going to participate in a contest named Let's do it...Do It Yourself Craft, Creativity, Drawing, origami, DIY, Recycling and more. The topic I chose for this contest is Recycling. I am very thankful to ma'am @mesola for organizing this contest and giving us this opportunity to show our talent and creativity.

My father brought cotton buds from the city. They were packed in a cylindrical plastic box. Now they are finished. So instead of throwing it and letting it go to waste, I decided to recycle it and make something new to make it useful. I made a beautiful pen holder.

So today, I will share with you How to make a beautiful Bee Pen & Colors Holder with an empty Cotton Buds Box.

I will share the whole process step-by-step.

Materials Required

1. Empty Cotton Buds Cylindrical Box
2. Yellow, blue and white paper
3. Black glitter sheet
4. Red pencil color
5. Black pointer
6. Glue stick
7. Scissor

Step no 1
First, take an empty cylindrical cotton buds box and then stick yellow paper around it with the help of a glue stick.

Step no 2
Now, take a black glitter sheet and cut it into two strips by using scissor as shown in the photo.

Step no 3
In this step, stick these two long glitter strips one by one leaving some space, around the cylindrical box as shown in the photo.

Step no 4
Then by using a black pointer, draw two eyes on the white paper and cut them separately as shown in the photo.

Step no 5
Stick the eyes on the cylindrical box one by one, leaving some space between them as shown in the photo and then draw a smiling face and cute cheeks by using red color.

Step no 6
In this step, cut a wide strip from blue paper and fold it in half, then draw heart-shaped wing on it as shown in the photo. After drawing cut it. Now unfold it you will see that double wings have formed.

Step no 7
Now stick the wings on the back of the cylindrical box as shown in the photo.

Step no 8
In this step draw antennae on white paper as shown in the photo, fold it so when you cut, double antennae are formed. I don't have black paper, so I used white paper, drew on it, filled it with black color and then cut it. If you have black paper you can use it directly.

Step no 9
This is the last step. Now stick both antennae inside the cylindrical box with some distance between them to complete the bee's look as shown in the photo. Then draw small dashed lines on the edges of both heart-shaped wings to give it more beautiful look. With this, beautiful Bee Pen & Colors holder is ready.

Then place pencil colors, pen or anything you want inside it. Here is the final look.

Then I wrote my username and today's date.

I saw this Bee pen holder on YouTube shorts. But that girl used an empty bottle after cutting it, for making this bee pen holder. I love this idea and decided to make it myself and share with you. But I used en empty cylindrical cotton buds box for this instead of bottle. You can use what you have.
