I am @gondalbiya from Pakistan !
How are you ? I hope you are all good. I am also good. I am thankful for this chance.Today, I'm here to take part in this amazing contest, which is organized by the esteemed Teacher @crismenia ma'am. I'm really proud to be a part of this challenge.. I hope it reaches your expectations.
1 - Make your own Masaledar Aloo Sabzi 🥔 (include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.
INGREDIENTS |
|---|
| Ingredients | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Onion | 1 |
| Tomatoes | 1 |
| Green chilli | 2 |
| Water | Half cup |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| Turmeric | 1 tbsp |
| Red Chilli | 2tbsp |
| Potatoes | 2 |
| Green Onion | 1 |
| Gram Masala | 1tbsp |
MAKING |
|---|
First, I finely chopped the onions for the curry. I also had a few green onions available, so I added the remaining onion to the curry as well. These onions enhanced the flavor beautifully, making the curry rich, aromatic, and truly delicious.
Next, I finely chopped the ginger and garlic and then diced the tomatoes. Once the onions turned lightly golden, I added all three ingredients to the pan and mixed them well with the onions.
As the tomatoes began to soften gently, I finely chopped the green chili and added it to the pan, letting its spicy aroma mingle with the tomatoes and give the dish a subtle, tangy heat
Afterwards, I peeled the fresh potato from our garden, cut it into small pieces, and added it to the mixture. Gently stirring, I let the potato cook along with the tomatoes, and green chili, so it could soak up all the rich flavors and become soft and delicious.
When the potatoes began to soften slightly, I poured in some water to help the mixture form a rich, flavorful gravy

After that, I added some spices, but kept it simple. Just salt, Red chilli, and a little turmeric. I mixed everything well so the potatoes absorbed the flavors.
While everything was cooking, I finely chopped some fresh coriander and green onions and kept them aside to use as a garnish. Adding them at the end gave the dish a fresh, delicious aroma and a burst of flavor
Once the water was mostly absorbed and the potatoes were fully cooked, I added the chopped coriander and green onions, mixing them in well to give the dish a fresh, flavorful touch
At this point, my potato curry was ready, so I sprinkled some hot masala powder on top to add an extra burst of flavor before serving.
This Masaledar Aloo Sabzi is quick, easy, and full of flavor. Ready in just 30–40 minutes, it’s perfect for lunch or dinner. The fresh coriander and green onions sprinkled on top add a burst of aroma and taste that everyone will love, making it a simple yet delicious dish for any day.
At last I am inviting @nazomimatute1998 @shiftitamanna @artist1111 @chant @sualeha @rosselena for taking part in this contest.
