New contest Week 98// "Cooking a Cumin Omelet"
Greetings
Cooking a Cumin Omelet:
I have always enjoyed cooking, though time and circumstances often prevent me from doing so. Nevertheless, every now and then, I try to prepare simple dishes in a fresh, new way. I strive to discover something extraordinary within the ordinary. That is precisely why I am sharing today's recipe—even though I actually prepared it a few days ago. Eggs are, in fact, an incredibly nutritious food source. My very simple recipe—aptly named "Jeera Omelet"—aims to make them even more beneficial and wholesome. It is absolutely delicious to eat and looks incredibly appetizing, despite being prepared with very few ingredients. Moreover, it can be whipped up quickly in a very short amount of time.
While many people typically use whole cumin seeds and chopped onions in this recipe, I have opted to use ground cumin instead. Furthermore—to fully savor its authentic flavor—I have refrained from adding either green chilies or chopped onions. My reasoning is that, in my opinion, the addition of other ingredients would prevent us from truly appreciating the genuine taste of the cumin. In any case, this cumin omelet aids in improving digestion. Additionally, it assists in weight management and cholesterol control—playing a remarkably effective role in alleviating gastric issues.I believe that, even though my recipe is simple, it will be of benefit to many through this competition.I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to @mesola for organizing such a wonderful contest.

Ingredients:
| Ingredients | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Egg | 2 |
| Salt | 1/3 Tablespoon |
| Cumin Powder | 1/2 Tablespoon |
| Mustard Oil | 1/2 Tablespoon |
Methods for making recipe:
Step: 1
First, I placed a frying pan over low heat. Then, I added a small amount of mustard oil to it and let it warm up slightly. Next, I cracked two eggs and poured them into the frying pan.
Step: 2
Next, I sprinkled a little salt over the top, along with a suitable amount of cumin powder. Then, I flipped them over and fried them.
Final step:
Once the eggs take on a slightly reddish hue, I will remove them and transfer them to a serving dish. Now, it is ready to be served piping hot alongside rice, lentils, or roti. And just like that, my "Cumin Omelet" is complete. It is a truly delicious dish.
