Children mostly like sweets. That is why I often make sweet things in my house. By the way, they mostly like chocolate things. But too much chocolate is also harmful to health. Therefore, we should feed all kinds of sweet food to the child so that the child can recognize the taste.Today I will share with you a recipe for biscuits that can be easily made at home.

Home made biscuits

This biscuit is not only budget-friendly but also easy to make, does not take much time, and does not use expensive ingredients.

First step

To make these biscuits made from flour and semolina, first mix two cups of flour, half a cup of gram flour, and half a cup of semolina in a bowl and strain through a sieve.

Second step

Now take half a teaspoon of baking powder, half a teaspoon of cardamom seeds, one cup of cooking oil, one cup of sugar and mix them.

Third step

Add a little water and knead. And take half a teaspoon of cocoa powder and half a teaspoon of coffee and mix it in the kneaded dough. Knead this well too so that the coffee and cocoa powder mix into the flour and become a homogeneous mass.

Fourth step

When all the ingredients are mixed well, first take a little of the white flour mixture and shape it into a biscuit. Then take more brown flour and add it on top and give the biscuit a beautiful shape.

Fifth step

Now carefully place all the biscuits on the preheated tawa. And cover it with a lid. So that the biscuits cook properly. If you want, you can also bake the biscuits in the oven. And you can also bake them on the stove. I don't have an oven, so I preferred to bake them on the stove. After 15 minutes, turn the side of the biscuits. Bake on a low heat. This way the biscuits become crispy.

Last step

After cooking on the other side for 10 minutes, remove the biscuits into a bowl. Delicious crispy biscuits are ready. Serve with tea, coffee, and milk for children.

Adding baking powder not only makes these biscuits puffy, but it also enhances their flavor.

These biscuits can be kept for up to a week and eaten. Just fill any biscuit in a jar and eat it whenever you want.
