Children are usually very reluctant to eat breakfast, but if a breakfast of their choice is prepared, they eat it with gusto.I tried a new recipe for the kids. The kids loved it and today I am sharing that recipe with you. This recipe can be tried for breakfast or dinner. And everyone will eat it with gusto.

Lehsa

First, finely chop the onion and lightly fry it in oil.

Now take two tomatoes, chop them finely and add them to the half-fried onion and fry them.

Now add salt, white pepper, chopped chili, cumin, soy sauce to this onion-tomato spice and fry.

Now beat the eggs in a bowl, strain them and add them to the spices. Heat gently.

Finally, slice the cheddar cheese and spread it over the lehsa, keep it very light flame

Finally, sprinkle oregano leaves and close the lid.

It is delicious and ready to eat, whether eaten with bread or paratha, it looks very tasty in every way. My daughter has no interest in having breakfast, but when she saw the lehsa and the amount of cheddar cheese in it, she automatically got ready to have breakfast.
