The Diary Game: 4.2.2026|Part of my school community.

Hello fam @steemit, how are you all doing? trust your good. Today I’ll take you through my school environment, Am a medical student in medical laboratory of the university of uyo akwa ibom state nigeria. You know the university is a community with different categories of people from different backgrounds but there’s one common thing amongst us which is achieving academic goal. So today I’ll write about a little portion amongst others which is my classroom block and the laboratory block.

We have the class room block that’s partitioned into 3 separate rooms for lecture. This room as contain chairs and white boards for learning, they’re ceiling fan and widows for ventilation. The class room doesn’t contain everyone but it’s been managed for now. From our 100-400(first semester) we have lectures there but from 400L second semester to 500l we’ll be transferred to the teaching hospital because most learning will be done there. So these classroom we use are only for lectures and sometimes departmental meetings for student.

The laboratory block is built for the activities of laboratory purpose and we utilize it from out 100 Level to 300 level. The laboratory is a storey building containing 3 sections of laboratory which are as follows, the anatomy laboratory, the physiology and biochemistry laboratory. The anatomy laboratory is downstairs while the physiology and biochemistry laboratory are upstairs respectively. Anatomy, physiology and biochemistry are courses we learn on and the practicals are carried out in the laboratory by student under the supervision of lab staff. After learning in the classroom we’re given the opportunity to go carry out practical ma on what we’ve learnt in the laboratory. This building is more than a decade, and it’s been manage well by the school. The management are working well.

In the university community it is a tradition that each department has a specific classroom where lectures hold. So, when a student arrives to school they walk directly to the classroom where lectures is suppose to be held for the day. In the morning you’ll see people walking towards different directions leading to the class room they are to have lecture for the day.
