The Diary Game|| The Office Was Empty at 8 AM, but the Day Ended with a Surprise [30th January 2026]

Hello everyone, trust you had a very good day. Today, I would love to share with you how I spent my day. My day was quite interesting. Early in the morning, I woke up the first thing I did was to prepare my breakfast and immediately after I finished preparing my breakfast, I went straight to the bedroom and freshened up. After that, I came back and dished out some food to eat. I finished eating around 6:15 a.m., and I got dressed, polished my shoes, and then left for the office.

On reaching the office, it was around 8 o'clock, but seeing the number of people that had come to the office, it was as if I came very early. In fact, I was the second person that came to the office today. I was really surprised to see that by 8 o'clock a.m., there were just two people in the office at that time. I stayed in the office for like 45 minutes before another person came around. It gave me the impression as if I was early. If I hadn't checked the time on my phone, I would have felt maybe I came very early but then, I had to stay behind and wait till my colleagues all came around.

Today was quite a fun day in the office. When I was coming, I didn't have in mind that anything interesting would be happening in the office. I only had in mind that today would be another day to meet up with my colleagues and at least have a great chat when we were less busy. But then this morning when I came to the office, I heard the announcement that one of our colleagues, a woman, would be celebrating her birthday today and it was something great for me to hear.

It was around 10 o'clock when the lady opened the gate and entered the office, fully loaded with goodies and soon after she came around we exchanged pleasantries. She stepped outside again and then returned back with her hands all loaded and even with somebody helping her in carrying some other things and this time I found out that they also came with a cake.

So it was around 12 p.m. when everybody was called upon, including myself, and we all came together in the big conference room and there we had the cake on display and all the drinks, in fact, it was a really pleasant sight to behold. I think she is the first person to celebrate her birthday since the start of this year in the office. So we had a lot of drinks, which were shared among every worker and it was very good. Then she took some pictures, I also took part in snapping her with my phone.

We actually celebrated her in the best way we know how to and everyone was happy. She was happy too. We took a lot of pictures and then after some time the cake was cut, later everybody had to return back to their normal duty post. We kept the drinks in the office. After drinking for some time, we played games, majorly card games after playing card games, we started chatting focusing more on the future investments and things that would really help in personal growth and development.

We really did discussed about a lot of things and had a great time of conversation.
After that, one of us checked the time and discovered It was around 4 o'clock so we decided to head back home. Each and every one of us gathered up our belongings and we all headed home together. We took the same road in leaving the office but getting to the major road, we now took different directions.

So today was actually a great day for me. The most important part of it was that we were able to celebrate our colleague whose birthday was today and it's a very good thing to celebrate people especially when it's their birthday because it's something that comes around once in a year and a very special day it is for someone.
