Assalamu Alaikum I hope everyone is well Alhamdulillah I am well too. @m-fdo Thank you very much. For organizing a very nice competition because I like sharing this kind of daily lifestyle.

My morning today.

Like every day, today I woke up early and after waking up, my shoulder was feeling a lot of pain so I sat for a while. Then I completed the morning chores, washed the dishes, cleaned the house, then had a light breakfast in the morning. Ahsan, I had a very light breakfast in the morning, I made a drink by mixing cow's milk with sixty-six cashew nuts powder, and light sweet grains. And with it, I had fried rice, with this I finished my light breakfast.

Some of my work to do in the afternoon.

Today, around noon, I made mango pickle. I really like eating this pickle of raw mango. So before cooking in the afternoon, I made raw mango. Then I cooked it for everyone in the afternoon. I cooked raw mango as a curry and white rice was accompanied by fried lentil.

• Lunch

After finishing cooking in the afternoon, I took everyone to have lunch. I try to eat my food by 2 pm. After that, I took a rest for an hour and went to bed. Even if I have to go to bed for five minutes every day in the afternoon, my fatigue for the whole day does not go away.

Afternoon ice cream time.

Today my brother brought ice cream and I, my brother, my daughter and my mother all ate ice cream together. It was a different kind of fun to eat ice cream together in the scorching heat and it was Chakbar ice cream. I really like eating ice cream.

Evening and night.

Towards evening, I had cut mangoes. We all ate mangoes and sat down to study with my daughter. Although their first interim exam was over. Alhamdulillah, I could not get first by only 4 marks. But I am still happy with that. I was looking at the readings for the second interim exam. And I was trying to teach her a little by looking at this syllabus. After finishing the lesson, we all went to sleep after having dinner.

This was my whole day's activities. Overall, my day was very good. We can learn something every day, like today I learned a lot from one day through my work. May everyone be well and healthy, may Allah Hafez.
