Fitness Diary || 14 -02 -2026 || My Saturday Fitness Drills
Hello fitness enthusiast and the novice, cordial greetings to y'all and it's my pleasure to share my fitness routine to y'all. With you guys love and passion to stay fit and healthy I believe that sharing my fitness routine for you guys to if possible incorporate is a way of supporting and helping you guys to sustain your fitness journey.
Exercise our upper body is extremely crucial because it boosts our athletic performance which helps us to handle our daily activities very effectively, a weak arms cannot lift heavy things and are vulnerable to injuries, to prevent circumstances of this kind i decided to train the upper body on Saturday.
Ona Saturday morning like this; client always come massively because it's a holiday and they choose to keep their self fit and healthy by coming out to the gym, it is always my pleasure to make sure they understand that exercising is the best choice they've made for the day.

We incorporated several upper body exercise, Shadow punch, shoulder fly, arm circle, side punch and etc. 100 repetition at a go and 3-4 sets before switching to another routine, I made sure that we didn't exercise for the reps but exercise in such a way that it benefits the body because that's what's count.
I was very observant by putting a minute interval so that everyone could rest and regain their energy to continue the program, hydrated when necessary because when sweat comes out heat overwhelm the internal body so hydration is important at this moment.
After the exercise, my fitness team take a moment to express love and gratitude by exchanging gifts to each other, it was a Valentine day and the whole celebrate it by expressing love and care to love ones, friends, family and even the neighborhood.
It was really a moment that sparks love and excitement between the fitness freaks, but do we really need to celebrate Valentine? Because to me I believe that celebrating on a Valentine is mean of honoring a custom established by the ancient Romans, I believed that true love and caring should be expressed on a daily basic, it should be regular not just on a particular day.
Anyways we had a wonderful and energetic workout session; I was happy that the exercise was successful and beneficial to the body, my clients were also excited after exercise and during the exchange of gifts, that's all about my Saturday fitness drill.
