My Fitness Diary || 09 -03 -2026 || Guest For A Stronger Core And Strength
Hello esteem and determined fitness enthusiast; I trust you're all having a good evening in wherever destination you are, I'm glad to be share my fitness routine with y'all and today fitness routine was super interesting.
Before I unfold the whole content, you're all welcome to my fitness diary here you get to discover some potential workout programs that can make a different in your lifestyle if incorporate appropriately.
This week we focus on core and strength exercises, why is it Important to go for strength while gearing to achieve strong and solid core? Because chasing both helps you to gain real strength and in the same time reduce belly fat, correct posture and perform well in life.
In the aspect of working the abdominal region and strength we executed programs like plank, elbow plank, side plank and other programs which is all on the video, the plank was executed with a tabata song, a song that last for 30 seconds and offer a 10 second rest before entering the next round.

It was a very intense workout session but brick by brick we managed to survive it, you know when working out there's something we call "mind muscle connection" which means that the fitness enthusiast has to put their mind on the lead instructor and when that happens it you trigger what the fitness instructor called exercise activities thermogenesis.
So you have to put your mind on the instructor and follow the movement, even when you don't reach the demanding repetition you have to stay active and focus on your instructor, this was what motivated my fitness enthusiast to complete the whole session.
At the end of the day, everyone achieve the benefit of the exercises because everyone executed, the session was ended with a stretched. This is where I'll end for today, see y'all on the next workout day.
