READY TO TEACH LITTLE HEARTS FOR JESUS

I am truly blessed and always very excited as May of each year will come because of Vacation Bible School (VBS) activity in our church. And this year I am part again of the said activity, I am one of the teachers of the beginners group ages 4-6. When I was young, I was also a VBS student and after I graduated my secondary I also graduated in VBS. And now, I volunteered and give back to God what I learned to the young ones today. We prepare to teach young hearts about Jesus.

Serving in VBS is not just a responsibility but a wonderful opportunity to share God’s love with children in a fun, meaningful and unforgettable way. Every smile they gad shown to us, every song that I heard from them, every Bible story that we teachers shared, and every prayer we offer can touch a young heart and will help them grow closer to God. As teachers and volunteers, we were called to guide the young hearts, we had to guide them with patience, kindness, joy and faith so they can learn the importance of having VBS.

We may never know how much a simple bible story can touch their young hearts but I know for sure that God can use the smallest act of service for His glory. VBS 2026 is more than just games, but it is a mission to plant seeds that in the future we will harvest. We were all ready to sing, teach, pray, laugh, encourage and lead children to know that God loves them deeply and unconditionally.
