Hello friends, welcome to my blog, I trust you're keeping well. Today I decide to join this contest, sharing memories of these cuties at the farm... anyways we have disposed almost everything we have at the farm but you know, I kept all these memories via pictures.

Sometimes we farmers kinda develop these affinity for the animals we keep, we can't really call them pets because the motive behind keeping them is not pet-like because we disposed them at the end of the day and restock to remain in business but then, the period between nurturing them and disposing them create some kind of bond between us...

Just last week, many of them became due to be disposed, in fact we really needed to do that because there was a need to. Among those we sold, we had a pig that weighed over 80Kg and many others within a very nice weight range. I wish I still had the pictures and videos where the pigs were tied and weighed but then my phone got wiped and those pictures haven't been backed up on my cloud storage.

What we have in the farm at the moment are just some weaners which we hope to nurture to maturity, we could disposed some of them at the growers stage and if we feel buoyant enough to nurture them to full body size, we would.

What do you think about livestock farming, are you a livestock farmer? You should have some stories to share. I would love to hear you even more if you're a pig farmer, perhaps, I might just learn a thing or two from you. Anyways I miss those cuties even though I didn't wait for them to be carried off the farm on the day we sold them off.

Who knows? I would have gotten so emotional if I had stayed to witness the way they were whisked off, I know they would have acted very violent seeing that they have never left their pen to an open space, let alone into a vehicle ready to be whisked away.

Sighs! It is what it is, we move guys, into the next... Thanks for reading through, I appreciate.
