My Weekly Food Highlight, Take a look
Thank you for the privilege to share the foods I have during the week.
Wednesday meal: Oat bread, mashed avocado, boiled eggs and milk
I had this meal on Wednesday morning, it is one of my favourite meals for breakfast. It makes me feel so full throughout the day without getting hungry quickly.
Ingredients: Two slices of oat toast, Avocado, 2 boiled eggs, Milk
Thursday meal: Lentils, spaghetti, stew and salad
Lentils is a kind of Food that matches with almost anything for me, they are like bean's twin but more healthy and doesn't takes long to be ready.
I had lentils and spag on Thursday evening with chicken stew and salad , and i really enjoyed it
Ingredients: Lentils, spaghetti, Tomatoes,red bell pepper, chilli pepper, eggs, chicken, spices and seasoning to taste
For salad: cucumber, cabbage, avocado and parsley
Friday meal: grilled tilapia fish with potatoes
Grilled tilapia is one of my favourites meals that I can eat with anything too, I ate this on Friday evening with potatoes and it was super delicious
Ingredients: tilapia fish, red bell pepper, potatoes, spices and seasoning to taste
Saturday: Cauliflower and potatoes with chicken sauce
You know when you are so hungry and you just have to make some fast food so quick before you faint? That was exactly what happened on Saturday.
I was so damn hungry, and potatoes and cauliflower were the only fast food I could think of at the moment. Thank goodness I had some sauce at home.
It's my first time combining cauliflower and potatoes together, and it tastes so good, and I love it, and I will be making it more often.
Ingredients: cauliflower, potatoes, chicken breast, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, seasoning and spices to taste
