Fruits are one of the healthy foods we can eat, they are that food we can't remove from our diets because they are rich in fibre, nutrients, vitamins and minerals. But there are some kinds of fruit that are supposed to be eaten in moderation because of how sugary they can be in order not to lead to having diabetes. Today I will be sharing the kind of fruits you should limit so as to avoid causing more damage to your health.

1.Dates: are so sweet in nature and are nutritious also, but the amount of sugar in them is a whole lot. One single date has about 4 g of sugar and 16 calories, which is absolutely too much. It's so easy to eat too many dates because of how sweet they are, and since we were told that fruits are healthy, many people overdo it most times.

Disadvantages
1.It can raise blood sugar levels quickly.
2.Too much of it causes diabetes.
3.It can lead to unnecessary weight gain.
4.It can cause health problems too, e. g insulin resistance

2.Bananas: are one of those fruits most of us can't do without; they are nutritious and packed with vitamins and potassium, but they are also high in sugar and carbs. 1 medium banana has about 14 g of sugar and has 105 calories in it, which means we have to reduce the intake.

Disadvantages
1.It can cause digestive issues. In some people because of the high fibre content
2.It can be bad for people with diabetes.
3.It causes weight gain.
4.It can lead to potassium overdose if you eat it with other potassium-rich foods.

3.Pineapples: are juicy and sweet and packed with vitamin C and minerals. But they are also high in sugar too. One cup of pineapple has about 16 g of sugar and 82 calories. It's good but should be eaten with caution.

2.It might irritate the mouth.
3.It can be bad for people with diabetes.
4.Too much of it can lead to acidity or tooth decay.

4.Mangoes: are one of those sweet fruits we have around us, it's packed with vitamins A and C. They are healthy but should be eaten in moderation because they are also high in sugar. One medium mango has about 45 g of sugar and 135 calories.

2.Excessive eating can lead to weight gain.
3.Can be bad for diabetes patients
4.It can lead to skin issues due to urushiol (an allergy in mango skin).

5.Papaya: is a healthy fruit that's packed with vitamins C and A. Not like others, it doesn't have a lot of sugar in it. It has 8-11 g of sugar per 100 g of papaya. With 43 calories. It's healthy but still needs to reduce the intake.

1.It can cause skin issues or irritation due to latex.
2.Pregnant women should avoid excessive papaya or the unripe ones.
3.It might cause digestive issues due to papain (an enzyme).
4.It can cause allergic reactions to those who are allergic to it.
5.Eating too much of it can cause carotenoid buildup In the body

In conclusion, all the fruits I have listed above are all healthy but, eaten in moderation, they all have their downsides if we abuse them too much. You don't need to remove them all from your diet, you can just incorporate them into most of your foods to make it balanced.
