Season 22 Steem Memory Game Contest – | Theme: Human Body

Returning to Steemit memory game was a great experience for me. Today I play this game again and this time theme was human body parts. It made it more interesting. First I thought it will be very easy. Because the pictures were clear. Like eyes leg brain and hands etc. But as soon as I started the game I realized that. It only looked easy in fact it required full attention and strong memory. In the initial moves I played quite well and quickly matched some pairs which increased my confidence. But after a while I started getting confused because the cards looked the same. I would open a card and then forget where its pair was. Because of this I lost some of my moves. And it also affected my score but I didn't give up.

This game really tests the brain. I notice that when I was in hurry I made more mistake. But when I keep myself calm and play slowly my game start to improve. Especially when I focused I made more accurate matches. First scored 1600 and second time I made 1609.

Which was a great joy for me. This game is not only fun but also sharpens the mind. The theme of human body parts also gave me an opportunity to learn. As I was remembering the names of different parts while playing. Sometime became confuse but that make this game more challenging and fun. My overall it was very good experience. I also enjoyed this game. And learned from it that with patience and attention any difficulty can become easy. This game is really great for people of all ages as it keeps the mind active and sharp. 😊

◉“The Human Eye: Structure, Functions and Importance”◉

Human eye is very complex and sensitive organ that give us ability to see world. The structure of eye consists of different part. Each has its own specific function. Outermost part is cornea which allow light to enter eye. Next is iris which is coloured part of eye. This control amount of light. Hole in middle of iris is called pupil. Inside eye is transparent lens called lens. Which focuses light and passes it to the retina. The retina located at the back of the eye converts light into electrical signals which reach the brain. All these parts together enable us to see clearly and distinctly.

How the Eye Works:

Eye job is to capture light and transmit it to brain. When light hits an object and enter eye. It passes through cornea and reaches lens. The lens focuses this light and forms an image on the retina.
The retina contain special cells called rod and cone cells. Rod cells detect light and darkness cone cells help us see colours. These cells convert light into electrical signals that reach brain through optic nerve. The brain converts these signals into images and we can see.

Importance of Eye:

The eye is the most important organ of the human body because it helps us see learn and understand the world. Without the eye a person would be left in the dark. The eye plays a huge role in education daily life and work. We read write walk and do everything with the help of the eye. The eye also protects us from dangers. Such as seeing vehicles on the road or recognizing an obstacle. In addition the eye also plays an important role in expressing emotions such as happiness sadness or surprise.

Eye care is very important. Because it is a very delicate organ. We should take the following precautions:

• Wash the eyes with clean water
• Do not use mobile and computer too much
• Use sunglasses in the sun
• Do not touch the eyes with hands repeatedly
• Read in proper light
• Get your eyes checked from time to time
  With proper care we can keep our eyes healthy for a long time.

Cleanliness and caution are very important to avoid these diseases. If there is any problem in the eye one should consult a doctor immediately.
