Building My Body, With Exercise
Hello my lovely steemits friends how are you doing today, hope you boost your day with exercise. Today waking up, feeling strong and healthy, I knelt down and prayed to God. the one who makes me to see this awesome day, he that light the sky with stars at night and gives food to both poor and rich, the father that father's all. After my prayers, I went on for my exercise, cuz a day with out exercise makes me feel worn out and tired. Putting on your efforts every day, on exercise typically boosts your energy making your blood to flow easily through your veins, it gives you mental clarity and body balancing, it reduces stress and feelings of depression, it gives you better health and sound sleep. First all, I started with push up, giving my body a relief of weak muscle in my shoulder, chest and tricep.

doing this helps my heart to pump blood faster, giving me relief from heart pains, building my upper body and veins. a rigid, straight line during puch ups strengthens my core, leading to better balance, which always reduces lower back pain, and this gives me an excellent relief from body stress. Secondly, starting my day with exercise have profound an impact to my energy, focus and mood, making my brain to relax.

Giving my body, this hand stand calisthenics, have effectively build my muscles and increase my muscle endurance especially in my core. These exercise focus on compound movement that replicate my daily activities like standing, sitting, and maintaining posture which can improve overall quality of life. Doing this exercise have help me to improve my flexibility and joint health. Physical, this exercise strengthens my heart and improves circulation which allows more oxygen and nutrients to be delivered to my tissues. Cuz, when your heart and lungs work more efficiently, you have more energy for daily tasks.

Doing this gymnastic exercise at a steady pace can elevate your heart rate, and contribute to improve your heart health, were by increasing endurance. Here am supporting my body in an invertical position, by balancing on my hand.

Performing a deep squat like this helps me to improve flexibility in hips, ankles, and knees. Were by, building stent in my legs and core, balancing and developing a stable foundation for other movements.

Doing this exercise every day helps me to enhance balance and stability throughout my body, it improves focus and concentration, were by strengthening muscles in my glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, and inner thighs effectively.
I do love exercise cuz, it expand my heart beats, it gives nourishment to my bones and body. always try and exercise your body, to stay fit and strong. Remember to drink water during and after exercise, cuz it helps the body to release illness.
