Portrait Drawing Of Bruce Lee

Hello 🤗 my lovely friends and family of steemit. How are you doing? How was your day? Hope it went well and fine. Cuz mine was successful through God's love and endless mercies, And am so happy to be here with you once again on this great platform.
Indeed I want to share with you my recent sketch or drawing of "Bruce Lee", who was a pioneering martial artist, philosopher, and filmmaker widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in the history of cinema and combat sports. He founded "Jeet Kune Do" martial arts philosophy, often called "the style of no style," which prioritizes practicality, speed, and efficiency over traditional forms.
Lee is credited with breaking Asian stereotypes in American media and bridging cultural gaps between the East and West. He is renowned for his "one-inch punch," two-finger push-ups, and legendary speed that was reportedly too fast for cameras to capture at standard frame rates. Posthumously, he remains a global symbol of fitness and resilience, and was named one of Time magazine's 100 most important people of the 20th century.
I hope you will like my steps of sketching this beautiful portrait using only pencil on a plane paper. Cuz art to me is a process of patience and focus, leading to the ultimate perfection of self-expression.🤓

My Steps Of Procedure
•step 1.
I started my drawing with the eyes, nose, and then moved to the eyebrows, eyelashes, and eyelids. After that, I drew his mouth, shading some areas to create light-toned hairs that add volume to his facial features.

•step 2.
I focused on blocking in the facial structure, as these initial shapes define the character of the entire portrait drawing.

•step 3.
Next, I drew some areas of his hair and right ear, making sure to capture the curve of his jaw down to his neck. I also highlighted some areas around his eyes.

•Step 4.
At this point, I finished sketching his hair while also shading sections of his face and body.

•step 5.
After I completed the whole drawing of the portrait, I rendered his body a light-toned shadow shading to create muscular structure and natural skin texture. I also shaded and darkened some areas of his Jeet Kune Do glove before framing my drawing.

•step 6.
I increased the value in the eyebrows and pupils to establish a strong gaze. By layering shadows, I created a lifelike skin texture and completed the look by hatching straight lines to suggest his hair's natural flow."

•step 7.
In the final stage, I utilized a 5B pencil to render the natural texture of the hair. I then added my handle @michael60 for verification and titled the portrait Bruce Lee.
