It is my delight to apply for season 31 Steemit challenge which was announced here and of which those who thinks they have suitable challenge ideas were encouraged to apply. I have come up with a fresh and suitable idea for this season.

An Eat Green Challenge 🌿🪴

An Eat Green Challenge 🥬🌿 is a meal plan that encourages participants to eat more natural green foods (especially vegetables and edible leaves) to improve health, boost immunity, and develop healthy eating habits. This plan is suitable and practical for families, students, or fitness groups. This will serve as a guide, helping users to live a good life.

6-Week “Eat Green” Challenge Plan 🥗

Week 1Start with Local Green VegetablesEat at least one green vegetable every day. Eg: Ugu (Fluted Pumpkin Leaves), Spinach, Bitter Leaf, and so on, ✓Add green vegetables to soups or meals dailyImproves digestion and provides vitamins.

✓ Describe how often you ate green vegetables before starting this challenge and how that is changing now.

My name is Mrs. Nwankwere Ngozi Enyinnaya but I am known on Steemit as @ngoenyi. I joined Steemit on July 25th, 2020 and since then, I have been active.
