Weekly Contest 51 || The Diary Game || How my day went || 14/01/2026

Hello steamians, let me take you through how my day went today and I'm giving in details.
I woke up by 5am, i normally wake by that that so as to meet up with my morning task be4 leaving for work.
So i woke up, go on a short prayer, then i did some few exercise, then use the toilet, took my bath at once, then brushed and then went to the kitchen to prepare something to eat.
I prepared a normal african palm oil rice to save time. I ate and then went off to work by 8am.

As i reached the shop 8:30am, i took a short prayer and commend the day into God's hands, then i opened and started cutting and sewing immediately because the work was to be delivered today and i didn't start anything so i had to sew it with all amount of seriousness to avoid disappointment to my customer. It was actually a vintage material, 3 yards of it to sew up and down for two kids.

After a couple of hours, that was around 12o'clock in the afternoon, then i took a break to my self, stood up and stretch my self a bit before i could go into the trousers. I was starving in the afternoon, i forgot to carry food for lunch so i went out to get something to eat before i could get back to work.

I bought a plate of okro soup and eba(garri) worth 2000 naira (about 13steems), i ate it with joy because it was well prepared and very sweet.
After eating, i went back to the shop and started sewing the trousers, and after a couple of hours (around 4pm) i finished the two trousers and gave them a proper ironing .

After ironing i called the customer to come and carry her clothes but she said that she isn't around in shop or at home, i should bring the clothes for her in her shop. So after ironing i packaged it and took it to her shop then locked my own shop because i wasn't sure of going back to the shop.

So i took the clothes and then went to her shop, she was impressed with what i sew for her kids after they tasted the cloth and it was perfectly perfect. Nothing is more good than seeing my customers enjoy my service.

As seen everything in the cloth is perfect and fitting. After i returned the clothes, i headed home because i wanted to prepare editan soup for dinner, so i had to go back home early.

And this is my pot of editan soup wondeefully and carefully prepared by me around 7:30pm.
I ate well and went to bed. Then woke up around past 10pm to go through steemit and then come across this contest and decided to do it before finally passing the night. I must say my day went very well.
