Hello beautiful Steemians, I'm super excited to write in the All-in-One contest today. And today I will be showing you all how I cooked my white soup and pounded yam in this contest, and before I proceed, I would like to thank @steemkidss for this privilege.
Here are the recipes I used for my white soup with pounded yam. |

How I prepared my delicious white soup with pounded yam. |
|---|
The first thing I did was to peel my yam, slice it to the shape I wanted, rinse it with water, and then put it on the fire to boil. While the yam was on fire, I proceeded to prepare the ingredients for white soup, like washing my fish and periwinkles and also cutting the onions and peppers for the soup. When the yam was done, I proceeded to pound the yam with a mortar and pestle until it became soft and fluffy like "eba" (foo foo). I also added a little garri in the process of pounding because it helps make the yam not become too soft.
Yam preparation
When I was done with pounding, I began to steam my fish on the fire. I added a little water to the fish, then added onions, pepper, crayfish, salt, and cubed seasoning and stirred them together before adding my periwinkles. Then I stirred again and added another quantity of water that will be enough for me to use to prepare the white soup.

White soup preparations
After 5 minutes the soup began to boil, so I added some bulus of the yam I pounded earlier into the soup to make the soup not become too watery and to give it a white soup texture and a more delicious taste, and I didn't cover my pot all through because I wanted my white soup to form very well and didn't want it to be too watery. After a little while the food was ready to be served. And here is the outcome of the food I prepared.
I invite @tempestinyang @dorismos @mac-com to participate in this contest.
Thank you.
