The Dairy Game: Going To The Burial To Help My Neighbors With The Cooking Of Different Delicacy 28-03-2026)

Hello everyone, how are you guys doing hope you all are doing great,it all about Saturday, returning from work on Friday l knew that I will going out to help my neighbor in his father burial, getting l had to eat what I had at home and wash the pot and keep before stepping out knowing full well that l will Returned the next day which is Saturday,got my self prepare and we left to the burial venue and was really far away but I thank God for a safe journey down there.

Getting there we began with the preparation of things,we did stew and keep that we will be using in preparing our rice,the water leave that we will using in preparing Afang soup was also ready, while others were slicing the Afang me and one other person were preparing the fish so that it can be fry , food was prepared for us to eat that night before going to bed,we went to bed when we might have finished eating to rest a little before start preparing everything for the whole occasion.

Waking up to following morning we start by preparing the jollof rice, the rice first of all wash by cold water and salt, before then have already boiled water on the fire, so that when the water start boiling l will pour the rice inside and parboil it for some time before bringing it down the heat and filter it before we when on with the cooking,the rice was very delicious.

After we finished with the cooking of the rice,we when on with the cooking of the soup, Afang was already prepared waiting to be cooked,we decided to cook the soup since we have finished cooking the rice , Afang and the ingredients that we will be using to prepared the Afang soup ready was brought,then Afang in miraculous way and It was very delicious.

People start coming in and the only thing that was left doing was to packed the cooked rice into take away,so that those who don't like eating in front of people can be given the take away to be taken home,my dear sisters and brothers it's wasn't easy, running up and down , till the burial came to an end we were still in the kitchen,when the Corpse was lay down inside the grave we were still at the kitchen, from the kitchen to the saving the visitor who came around to morns with the bereaved family,the came to an end with with a heavy down fall from rain.
