Welcome to my belog ,how are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan .I hope everybody fine too.Todsy here I am participating this interesting contest week#11 begins my weekly food highlights take a look .This wonderful contest organized by @ ngoenyi.I am Thankful for @ ngoenyi.Today I am share you This week made delicious food it's pictures and details about food .
Lets move towards a and starts

2 February =chicken curry

This dish is our family favourite dish .I served chicken curry with boiled rice.Its easy to cook.Rbe process is very simple heat the oil in pen add chicken frying 2-3 minutes then add spices and tomatoes.when the oil surface the pen add I cup of water and covered it for 40 minutes for medium heat curry taste and texture very delicious.

This dish i made Monday lunch time .basically cooking is art .people who eat well know how to cook good food.and their food presentation looks attractive and presentable.

3 February = Beef burger

Today I made beef burger .my children choice .my family like fast food .twice a week we enjoying fast food.I am belog to Pakistan.and gradually it's included a part of our culture.beingva mother I am very careful about my children choice .

Firstly I made beef patty then preparing closlow.then paste in burger ,ketchup ,salad leaves ,cheese slice.In the end frying fries and served with ketchup.

4 February=chicken pulo

Pulo is very famous dish in our culture .it's made not only Pakistan but all over the world . specially weeding,parties,functions .there are many varieties like chicken pulo,mutton pulo,beef pulo,In my family mostly like chicken pulo.

Cooking process is very simple .half and hours this quickly made dish.firstly made a chicken stock then put in to in rice .This dish is very yummy and juicy.I must made this dish I. Eid and festivals.

5 February=moli ki bhujia with paratha ,tea

Moli ki bhujia it's winter special dish.its very famous in Pakistan and other countries mostly Provence of Punjab made and like this dish very fondly.some people made it's paratha .but I am made only bhujia .cooking process is very simple cut and peel of moli .then heat the oil in pen add in Moli with spices and tomatoes in slow heat .when all the water is dried frying in dry form.
